3D modelling and visualization of buildings and interiors so that design decisions can be seen before construction begins.
3D visualization ensures that decisions which are hard to read on a drawing are understood the same way by everyone. Façade proportions, room heights, material textures and colour harmony are not always clear in two-dimensional drawings.
In our projects, the building's massing, façades and, where needed, its interiors are modelled; materials and lighting are defined and images are produced. This allows the client to evaluate the result before construction begins and to request changes at the cheapest stage — while the project is still on paper.
Modelling
A 3D model of the building is built on the basis of the approved plan and façade decisions. The model is prepared to scale so that it matches the project exactly; it is not a representative image but the three-dimensional counterpart of the project itself.
Material and Light Definitions
The cladding and material specifications foreseen in the project are applied to the model. By defining natural and artificial lighting, the appearance of the space during the day and in the evening can be assessed.
Presentation and Revisions
The images produced are reviewed together with the client. Material, colour or layout changes requested at this stage can be applied to the model and presented again; making changes at the design stage rather than on site is decisive in terms of both time and cost.

Is visualization a separate service or part of the project?
In the projects we carry out, we use 3D visualization to present design decisions. The scope and number of images are agreed at the meeting, depending on the size of the job.
I already have a project. Can I order visualization only?
Whether we can work from an existing project depends on how complete it is in terms of dimensions and details. If you share your project, we will assess it and get back to you.
Will the result look the same as in the images?
The images are produced according to the material and lighting decisions defined in the project. Since the result changes when different products are chosen, we use the material definitions in the images as a reference during construction.
