Architectural Design, Interiors and Construction

I graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in 2016. Until 2020 I worked for several private companies, gaining solid experience in preparing architectural projects, construction, site processes and project management.

Building on this professional experience, I founded my own architecture office in 2020 and have been working independently ever since. Today, as İK Mimarlık Ofisi, we continue to work from our base in Kayseri, serving projects of different scales — from residential, office and commercial buildings to the renovation and refurbishment of existing structures.

Our approach is founded on treating a building not only in terms of aesthetics, but as a whole that is functional, technically sound, buildable and responsive to the needs of its users.

We handle each project as a single continuous process: it starts with assessing the zoning status of the plot and the client's needs, and continues through the preliminary design, construction documents, permit procedures, interior design, 3D visualization and construction. We also follow the construction phase closely so that the design and its execution never drift apart.

Our Approach

We evaluate every project within its own conditions and focus on developing solutions tailored to the project and its users rather than ready-made templates. During design we use 3D visualization so that our clients can clearly see the space before it is built.

Our aim is to create a transparent, controlled and reliable working process at every stage — from design and permits to construction and site management — and to deliver buildings that truly meet our clients' expectations.

Today we continue to provide architectural design and permits, interior design, 3D visualization, landscape and outdoor design, construction and site management, and renovation services in Kayseri and across Central Anatolia.

As İK Mimarlık Ofisi, we combine our professional experience with a contemporary design approach, aiming to bring functionality, aesthetics and buildability together in every project.
